Eligibility:
All products purchased from LVD-1313 are eligible for return within 30 days of purchase. Receipt must be provided.
To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging with all accessories and tags attached.
All hat types, such as bennies, caps, or head apparel, are non-refundable.

Refunds and Exchanges:
We offer two options for returns:
Refund: You will receive a refund to your original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow 10 business days for processing.
Exchange: If you prefer an exchange for a different product or size, please let us know, and we will assist you with the exchange process.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If the return is due to our error (e.g., the wrong item shipped), we will provide a prepaid return label for your convenience.
