Eligibility:

  • All products purchased from LVD-1313 are eligible for return within 30 days of purchase. Receipt must be provided.

  • To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging with all accessories and tags attached.

  • All hat types, such as bennies, caps, or head apparel, are non-refundable.

Return Process:

Refunds and Exchanges:

  • We offer two options for returns:

    1. Refund: You will receive a refund to your original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow 10 business days for processing.

    2. Exchange: If you prefer an exchange for a different product or size, please let us know, and we will assist you with the exchange process.

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., the wrong item shipped), we will provide a prepaid return label for your convenience.
